These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of research materials by Platinum Peptides via platinumpeptides.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Research Use Only — Mandatory
All materials supplied by Platinum Peptides are intended solely for legitimate non-clinical laboratory research purposes. They are not therapeutic goods. They have not been assessed, approved, or registered by the TGA for any clinical, therapeutic, or human use.
Materials must not be used for:
- Self-administration or personal use
- Administration to any other person
- Any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purpose
- Any cosmetic application
Platinum Peptides accepts no liability for any use of supplied materials outside of legitimate non-clinical laboratory research.
2. Buyer Eligibility
Orders may only be placed by qualified research buyers:
- Researchers affiliated with a recognised academic or research institution
- Registered businesses engaged in legitimate pre-clinical or industrial research
- Research procurement officers acting on behalf of an eligible institution
We reserve the right to decline any order where buyer eligibility cannot be established.
3. Research Buyer Declaration
A research buyer declaration is required at checkout for every order. By completing this declaration, the buyer confirms:
- They are a qualified research buyer
- All materials will be used exclusively for legitimate non-clinical laboratory research
- They will not resell or redistribute materials for personal or consumer use
Declaration records are retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of order.
4. Product Descriptions & Specifications
All product descriptions and specifications are provided for research reference purposes only. Purity specifications (≥98% HPLC) reflect analytical data from independent third-party testing at batch release.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Platinum Peptides does not store payment card details.
7. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days from order confirmation, subject to stock availability. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Materials are dispatched under appropriate cold-chain conditions where required.
8. Batch Documentation
Each dispatched order includes a batch number. COA, HPLC report, and mass spectrometry data are accessible via the batch documentation portal or available on request at https://platinumpeptides.com.au/contact/.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only where:
- Materials were received damaged or in compromised condition
- Incorrect materials were dispatched
- Materials failed to meet stated purity specifications upon independent verification
Return requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, Platinum Peptides excludes all liability for:
- Any loss or damage from use of materials outside legitimate research
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
- Any harm to any individual from misuse of supplied materials
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.
11. Intellectual Property
All site content is the property of Platinum Peptides or its licensors. No content may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
